Does the warehouse roof fail to meet RSCIEI criteria? In this project, our technical team managed the opening of apertures in an industrial roof<\/strong> to install new smoke vents and bring the warehouse into RSCIEI compliance<\/strong>. This is a full-scale structural surgery operation that impacts the watertightness and safety of the most valuable asset. An error in load calculations or poor finishing on the smoke vent curbs can turn a regulatory improvement into a chronic problem of leaks and structural risks.\n<\/p>\n\n
