Our technical team is moving forward with the installation of an elevator inside a logistics warehouse in Alcal\u00e1 de Henares (Madrid) to facilitate employee access to the offices located on the upper floors.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

This intervention is part of our action plan for logistics and industrial warehouses that need to adapt to current accessibility and safety regulations\u2014key aspects that allow for the functional improvement of the building and the revaluation of the asset for the owner.<\/p>\n\n

In recent weeks, the first stage of the project has been completed, which included the execution of the following structural and civil works elements:<\/p>\n\n

\u25aa\ufe0f Excavation and pit: The necessary excavation and construction of the elevator pit have been completed. \u25aa\ufe0f Structure: The load-bearing structure for the new elevator has been erected. \u25aa\ufe0f Enclosure: The cladding or enclosure of the structure has been executed. \u25aa\ufe0f Facade opening: The opening in the facade has been precisely executed, preparing the access and integration of the elevator with the building.<\/p>\n\n
