We recently took on the challenge of fully refurbishing and waterproofing the roof of a fully operational logistics asset in the La Garena Industrial Estate in Alcal\u00e1 de Henares. Our client\u2014whom we have already delivered several projects for\u2014wanted to put an end to leakage issues, protect their CAPEX and, above all, not lose a single euro to operational downtime. \n<\/p>\n\n

This is how we achieved it at SOLUTEC:\n<\/p>\n\n

\u25aa\ufe0fPhased, surgical planning:<\/strong> We designed the workflows so as not to interfere at any time with truck traffic, loading bays or internal activity.\u200b\u25aa\ufe0fComprehensive diagnosis and preparation:<\/strong> We adapted the existing substrate and meticulously treated critical points (skylights, parapets and service penetrations).\u25aa\ufe0fHigh-resistance waterproofing with bituminous membrane:<\/strong> We chose a high-performance bituminous system, ideal for ensuring maximum durability and watertightness under demanding weather conditions.\u25aa\ufe0fEfficient execution and technical sealing:<\/strong> Our specialist team carried out the overlaps and torch-welded sealing of the bituminous membrane at a steady pace, optimising installation times without compromising safety or quality.\n<\/p>\n\n
