Solutec, a Magna Group company, is carrying out the adaptation of a commercial premises for the 100 Montaditos chain in Covilhã, adjusting the space to the brand’s standards and its catering model.
The project involves the comprehensive renovation of the space for its establishment as a catering facility, addressing both operational needs and the efficient organization of customer and staff flows. The layout has been designed to maximize functionality and enhance user experience.
The premises, with an approximate area of 200 m² and capacity for over 80 people, combine indoor and outdoor areas, creating a versatile and attractive environment. The intervention adheres to the corporate image criteria of 100 Montaditos, featuring a recognizable aesthetic aimed at a broad audience.
During execution, constructive and technical solutions have been applied to ensure compliance with current regulations, as well as the efficiency of the installations and the durability of the finishes, which are key aspects in this type of commercial space.
