Neste projeto, a nossa equipa t\u00e9cnica abordou a <strong>abertura de v\u00e3os numa cobertura industrial<\/strong> com o objetivo de habilitar novos exutores de fumos e adequar o pavilh\u00e3o ao <strong>cumprimento do RSCIEI<\/strong>. Toda uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de cirurgia estrutural que compromete a estanquidade e a seguran\u00e7a do ativo mais valioso. Um erro no c\u00e1lculo de cargas ou um remate deficiente nos rodap\u00e9s dos exutores pode transformar uma melhoria normativa num problema cr\u00f3nico de infiltra\u00e7\u00f5es e riscos estruturais.\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Na SOLUTEC, entendemos que a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o ao <strong>Regulamento de Seguran\u00e7a Contra Inc\u00eandios (RSCIEI)<\/strong> deve ser abordada a partir da engenharia. Por isso, a nossa metodologia come\u00e7a com uma rigorosa <strong>an\u00e1lise de viabilidade<\/strong> que assegura que cada refor\u00e7o de correia e cada nova abertura respeitem a integridade do edif\u00edcio. N\u00e3o instalamos apenas sistemas de evacua\u00e7\u00e3o de fumos; projetamos <strong>solu\u00e7\u00f5es de setoriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> que otimizam a capacidade aerodin\u00e2mica do pavilh\u00e3o, concebidas especificamente para facilitar novas implanta\u00e7\u00f5es industriais sem surpresas t\u00e9cnicas.\n<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Esta vis\u00e3o integral permite-nos executar as obras com uma <strong>coordena\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica de alta precis\u00e3o<\/strong>, concebida para que a atividade produtiva ou log\u00edstica n\u00e3o seja interrompida. No final, o resultado n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas um pavilh\u00e3o que cumpre a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, mas um ativo revalorizado, com uma garantia total de estanquidade e plenamente preparado para as
