Estas melhorias visam otimizar a sua funcionalidade, seguran\u00e7a e est\u00e9tica e, consequentemente, valorizar o ativo. Os trabalhos nas naves ter\u00e3o a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de dez meses e incluir\u00e3o melhorias nas fachadas, coberturas, veda\u00e7\u00e3o, instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias, escrit\u00f3rios, vesti\u00e1rios, estacionamento, acessos e acabamentos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">A Solutec tem como principal meta, com estas interven\u00e7\u00f5es, a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o integral dos ativos imobili\u00e1rios do cliente.
