t\u00e9cnica avan\u00e7a com as obras de instala\u00e7\u00e3o de um elevador no interior de um armaz\u00e9m log\u00edstico em Alcal\u00e1 de Henares (Madrid) para facilitar o acesso dos funcion\u00e1rios aos escrit\u00f3rios situados nos pisos superiores.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Esta interven\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte do nosso plano de atua\u00e7\u00e3o em armaz\u00e9ns log\u00edsticos e industriais que necessitam de se adequar \u00e0 normativa em vigor em mat\u00e9ria de acessibilidade e seguran\u00e7a, aspetos chave que permitem a melhoria funcional do edif\u00edcio e a revaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o do ativo para o propriet\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Nas \u00faltimas semanas, foi conclu\u00edda a primeira etapa da interven\u00e7\u00e3o, que incluiu a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos seguintes elementos estruturais e de obra civil:<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">  \u25aa\ufe0f Escava\u00e7\u00e3o e fosso: Foi conclu\u00edda a escava\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do fosso do elevador.<br\/>  \u25aa\ufe0f Estrutura: Foi levantada a estrutura de suporte do novo elevador.<br\/>  \u25aa\ufe0f Envolvente: Foi executado o fecho ou envolvente da estrutura.<br\/>  \u25aa\ufe0f Abertura de v\u00e3o na fachada: Foi realizada com precis\u00e3o a abertura do v\u00e3o na fachada, preparando o acesso e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o do elevador com o
