SOLUTEC holds a training day in Madrid for new production technicians

SOLUTEC is in the midst of a process of expansion and consolidation as a benchmark in the logistics and industrial warehouse refurbishment and repositioning sector. Last week, we held a key internal training day in Madrid for the new production technicians who have recently joined the company.

The main objective of this meeting was to convey SOLUTEC’s operational identity first-hand, ensuring that new talent masters our production procedures in detail and the working methodology that sets us apart in the market.

The training focused on the keys to success in delivering complex industrial repositioning projects. During the session, we explored critical aspects such as process optimisation, quality and safety standards, and the culture and DNA that define SOLUTEC and the MAGNA Group.

The logistics and industrial sector demands absolute precision. With this training day, we ensure that every technician joining the team shares the same vision of excellence and rigour that our clients expect from us.

Welcome to the team, and every success in this new stage!
